Eat Sushi with hand or chopstick?

This is a very common question. Do not worry, there are no hard rules whether you use a chopstick or not.
However you may see some regional differences.
◆West Japan (Osaka): People tend to use chopsticks.
◆East japan (Tokyo): People tend to use hands.
Japanese use both methods for eating sushi depending on the situation - Try to see what others are doing whether it is in a formal or casual setting. But generally, Japanese will not judge you if can not use a chopstick.

The rules are more laid back if you are at a conveyor belt sushi restaurant and chains.
