Japanese tea stand “metcha matcha Yodoyabashi” developed by LIFEstyle Inc. will be opening at the take-out booth of Yodoyabashi “OMATCHA SALON” from Friday, October 11, 2019 ♡

metcha matcha Yodoyabashi is using Japanese tea from a well-established tea wholesaler that was founded in the first year of Bunkyu Era, "Kitagawa Hanbei Store" in Kyoto Uji, and a homemade "raw tapioca" ーmaking this the industry's first!

This is a Japanese tea stand where you can enjoy the original taste of Japanese tea, with a focus on “Brown Sugar bracken-starch dumpling tapioca” and “Shiratama Tapioca”.

Signature Product

The signature product is “Roasted soybean flour on brown sugar tapioca milk with sautéed dumplings" and the original tapioca blended with roasted tea is warm chewy! Additionally, the milk foam covering the surface was baked crisply with Okinawan brown sugar and powder.

The homemade “Cheese Milk Foam” blended with fresh cheese and fresh cream added with rock salt has a rich and sweet taste☆

"Apple Roasted Green Tea Cheese Milk Foam" is a recommended drink for ladies as it has a scent of apple and great aftertaste of roasted green tea.

"Peach Green Tea Cheese Milk Foam" offers a rich cheese foam with refreshing peach fragrance and the exquisite blend of green tea.

This is a first ever in the industry! Blending the brown sugar bracken-starch dumpling with tapioca powder; a homemade "Brown sugar bracken-starch dumpling tapioca" and "Rice dumpling tapioca".

■ Homemade agar with plenty of dietary fiber
Made with homemade agar such as the fruity and colorful “Mango Agar”, “Pomegranate
Agar”, the “Matcha Agar” using Kyoto Uji Matcha, and “Milk Agar” with a nostalgic taste.

At OMATCHA SALON, along with our regular cafes, the “Shime Parfait” that can be enjoyed after meals and drinks is newly available this fall! The scent of a brown sugar roasted soybean flour, together with cheese cream creates a distinctive taste!

Along with "“Brown sugar roasted soybean flour parfait ~Black Honey Sauce~", there will be 5 flavors available where you can enjoy the layer of sweetness and bitterness with bracken-starch dumpling, granola and roasted tea jelly.

Additionally, the crunchy texture of brulee with Okinawan brown sugar and Japanese tea, such as Uji-Matcha and Roasted green tea, is a perfect combination in “Scorched brown sugar canelé with matcha-set”. Seasonal sweets such as “Roasted brown sugar matcha and astringent chestnut basque cheesecake” combined with seasonal ingredients are also available.
