Do you know the Winter Festival?
Every year, UTJA hosts the festival called Fuyumatsuri between January to March. People
both on and off campus can visit to experience a glimpse of Japanese culture through
various activities provided.
At the event, there will be origami and calligraphy workshops, karuta making activity,
kimono rentals, material arts presentations, and most importantly, Japanese food
available!
Today, UTJA executive members were preparing for the event by folding origami papers
for decoration at the venue and making a banner for the entrance. Our original UTJA pins are now ready, attached to the ticket, and waiting for visitors to come. Also, executive
members will be wearing a pink sweater that has "Reiwa" and "Executive Members" written in Japanese. Isn’t it very pretty?
